Ingredients: Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Bovine Gelatin, Microgranulated galactosidase (Tolerase™ L lactase), Color (Titanium Dioxide).
Directions: Take 1 capsule with each lactose containing meal including whey, casein/caseinate, milk protein drinks. (1 capsule is generally enough for the digestion of 20-26 grams of lactose. About 400 ml whole milk contains this quantity of lactose).
