Amino acids

A general recommendation for healthy and non-sporting people is 0.4 g for every kilogram of body, and for sportsmen - up to 1.5 g for each kilogram. If you choose to take extra, you should drink them 30 minutes before a meal or as prescribed in the product package. Amino acid supplements are available as pills, powders or liquids. What you choose - depends solely on your own convenience. Just the tablets can not offer the same amount of protein as the powder can. The use of the powder is more convenient because it requires less.
